Geno has over four decades of combined experience in the areas of Construction, Education, and Public Speaking. He managed multi-million dollar projects as the Director of Aviation Construction for an established South Florida-based general contracting company. He is currently an educator at Florida International University, Miami-Dade College, University of Alabama, and Volunteer Estate Community College. His education includes a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, an M.B.A., and he achieved the Distinguished Toastmaster designation from Toastmasters International.
